Privacy Policy
This policy covers the getvesperapp.com website, the Vesper desktop app and the modules it runs, the Vesper app for iPhone, and the related services operated by Vesper Technologies LLC.
Last updated October 6, 2026 · Version 2026-10-06
The short version: Vesper runs automation modules on your computer. You sign in through Whop, and the app sends us account, licence, usage, security and diagnostic information. Some of what your modules work with can also reach us, for example in error messages, diagnostic reports, reported results and logs you agree to send, and the app and modules send information directly to third parties, such as the websites and services you use them with. Our team and AI tools review what we receive, and other members can see the module, prize name and time of wins your modules report, without your account. The iPhone app is a remote for Vesper on your computers: what passes between them is encrypted end to end, and our server sees which of your devices are paired and when they connect. We do not sell personal information.
1. Who we are
Vesper Technologies LLC, 418 Broadway #7198, Albany, NY 12207, United States (“we”, “us”), is responsible for the personal information we collect as described in this policy. Contact us at support@getvesperapp.com.
This policy covers our websites, the Vesper app and the modules we publish for it, the Vesper app for iPhone, our pages inside Whop, and our support and community channels (the “Services”). It does not cover Whop, the websites modules are run against, or other third-party services, which have their own policies. In this policy, “the app” means the Vesper desktop app, and “the iPhone app” means the Vesper app for iPhone.
2. Information we collect
The examples below are not a complete list, and what we collect depends on the features you use.
- Account information from Whop, such as your account identifier, name, username, profile picture, membership and purchase details, and sign-in tokens. We do not receive your Whop password or full card number.
- Service and usage information, such as your app version and operating system; session, installation and device identifiers, which may be derived from your hardware; which modules are installed or running and how they perform; and error messages modules produce, which can contain whatever the module included.
- Run, download and update records, which can identify your account, device and the modules and versions involved.
- Diagnostic reports. The app automatically reports crashes and other problems, including error details, extracts of the app’s own records, and technical information about your system and the app at the time. You can turn this off in the app’s settings.
- Logs you agree to send. Our team can ask your app for logs. The app shows you the request, and sends the logs only if you approve it. Logs can include run records, module output, settings and details of your computer, such as the name of your account on it and folder names, and can contain other people’s personal information, such as email or postal addresses from your lists.
- Results your modules report, such as prizes won, including details such as the email address or phone number an entry was made under.
- Security and licence information, such as integrity and licence check results, signs of tampering or misuse, device and concurrent-run counts, and decisions we make about accounts.
- Terms records, such as which version of our terms was accepted in the app, and when.
- iPhone app and pairing information. What travels between the iPhone app and your computers, such as commands, run output, settings and lists, is encrypted end to end: our server passes it along and cannot read it, and what the iPhone app receives from your computers stays on your iPhone unless you save or share it elsewhere. To do that, our server keeps the Whop account behind each phone and computer; a pseudonymous identifier and a public key for each device; which of your devices are paired with which, and whether each is online; when devices connect and disconnect; approximate message sizes and timing; and your iPhone’s notification token and notification settings, with a record of each notification sent (when, and from which device, but not what it says). The optional “desktop offline”, “back online” and “needs you” notifications are the exception: we and Apple can read them. In test builds of the iPhone app, Apple sends us crash reports and any feedback you submit, which can include screenshots. Face ID, Touch ID and your passcode are checked by your iPhone, and we never receive them. The iPhone app’s demo, which you can try without signing in, shows invented sample data and sends us nothing.
- Support and community information, such as messages you send us by email, through Whop or in our community spaces, and accounts linked to your Whop profile, such as a Discord account.
- Technical and website information. Our servers and our hosting, network and security providers process request information such as IP addresses. Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking scripts of our own, and does not respond to Do Not Track signals; our providers may use cookies needed for security.
3. Information on your computer
Most of what you and your modules work with is stored on your computer, including lists, credentials, settings, databases, run records, screenshots, backups, temporary files and downloaded AI models. Some of it may be kept outside the app’s data folder or held in memory. Credentials saved in the app’s credential settings are encrypted with your operating system’s secure storage where available; much of the rest is not encrypted. Some of this information may be accessible to others, for example through other accounts or programs on the same computer. We do not hold a copy of this information except where this policy says it reaches us. You are responsible for securing and deleting it, and uninstalling Vesper may not remove all of it.
Some modules and features may use an AI model on your computer to process information, such as images and text from the pages a module works with.
4. Third-party services and other people’s information
When you run modules or use certain features, your computer communicates directly with third parties. These include the websites a module is run against, captcha and verification services, phone and email services, proxy providers, browser and fingerprint suppliers, AI services a module uses, webhooks you set up, sources of software, AI models and public data, and the providers of API keys the app checks. These communications can include your IP address, credentials, proxy details, data from your lists, page content and screenshots, and may identify that they came through Vesper. Some of these services are your choice and some are built into the app or a module. They act independently of us under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
If you load information about other people into Vesper, such as email addresses, postal addresses or phone numbers, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to use it and for complying with the law and the terms of the services involved. Where that information reaches us, we handle it as this policy describes.
5. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide the Services, including signing you in, confirming your licence, delivering modules and updates, connecting the iPhone app to your computers and sending its notifications, showing you your results, and showing members the wins reported across Vesper;
- diagnose and fix problems, provide support and improve the Services;
- protect the Services, including detecting and preventing tampering, fraud, licence abuse and account sharing, and enforcing our terms;
- communicate with you about the Services and your account;
- produce statistics, including aggregated or de-identified information; and
- keep business records, comply with law and handle legal claims.
Some security and licence checks act automatically, for example by stopping runs or restricting access. If you think a decision was wrong, contact us.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in providing, supporting, improving and protecting the Services, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where the law requires it. Account, licence and security information is necessary to use Vesper.
6. AI tools
We use AI tools, including AI models and agents provided by third parties, to review logs, diagnostic reports, error messages and other information we receive, and to investigate, fix and improve Vesper and its modules. These tools can process the full contents of that information, including any personal information in it. Third-party AI providers handle it under their own terms.
7. How we share information
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information with:
- Whop, for sign-in, memberships, payments and access checks;
- Apple, which delivers the iPhone app’s notifications;
- service providers, such as hosting, storage, network and security providers; email, support, issue-tracking and team-communication tools; AI providers; and professional advisers;
- our team, meaning employees and contractors who help run the Services;
- third parties the app and modules contact when you use them (section 4);
- authorities and others where we believe it is required by law or needed to enforce our terms, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights, property or safety;
- parties to a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; and
- others with your consent or at your direction.
Other members. Signed-in Vesper members can see, in the app and the iPhone app, the module, prize name and time of wins your modules report, without your account. To keep your wins off the Win Feed, email us at support@getvesperapp.com. Deleting your Vesper data from the iPhone app (section 11) takes the wins reported until then off the Win Feed too.
We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information for any purpose.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and afterwards as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations, disputes, enforcing our agreements, and preventing fraud and abuse. Copies may remain for a time in backups and in service providers’ systems. Information on your computer stays until it is deleted there.
Our server’s logs are kept for up to 30 days. When you delete your Vesper data from the iPhone app (section 11), what that section lists as kept stays for as long as this section describes, and server logs and backups that still hold your data remain for a limited time. Your Whop account stays Whop’s: deleting your Vesper data does not close or change it.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your own computer, accounts and credentials, and for anything you export or send elsewhere.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires safeguards for transfers, we take steps to use mechanisms the law permits, such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Your rights and choices
You can turn off automatic diagnostic reports in the app’s settings, decline log requests, choose which modules and features to use, delete information on your computer, and delete the data our server holds for your account from the iPhone app.
Deleting your Vesper data in the iPhone app. In the iPhone app, Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete my Vesper data deletes data Vesper’s server holds for the Whop account you are signed in with. You type DELETE and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, and the iPhone app is then unpaired and signed out. What goes:
- your wins and archive;
- this account’s paired devices, pairings and notification tokens on Vesper’s server;
- usage records;
- problem reports and log uploads stored on Vesper’s server; and
- early access to unreleased builds, if you have it.
What stays:
- your Whop account and payments (managed on Whop);
- billing and security records Vesper keeps to enforce licences and prevent abuse;
- decisions our team made about this account, such as a block or keeping your wins off the Win Feed;
- copies of problem reports already sent to our support tools;
- a record that the deletion happened; and
- server logs and backups for a limited time (section 8).
Computers and other phones signed in to this Whop account keep sending new wins and status. Sign out of Vesper on each one to stop that. Computers that are offline at the time will still list your iPhone until you remove it there. Deleting your data stops no run already under way, and you can go on using Vesper with the same Whop account afterwards; what it sends from then on is collected as this policy describes. To delete your Whop account itself, go to Whop.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland you may also complain to your data protection authority.
To make a request, including a request to delete your data if you do not use the iPhone app, email support@getvesperapp.com. We will verify your identity, and an authorised agent may make a request for you. We may decline or limit a request where the law allows. Requests about billing or your Whop account may need to go to Whop.
12. US state privacy rights
To the extent US state privacy laws apply to us: in the past 12 months we have collected identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or network activity, electronic or visual information, account credentials, inferences about possible misuse, and personal information about other people contained in results, logs and reports. We collect these from the sources and use them for the purposes described above, disclose them for business purposes to Whop and our service providers, and show other members the wins your modules report (section 7). We do not sell or share personal information, we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
13. Age requirement
The Services are for people aged 18 or older, and the app asks users to confirm this. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date. For material changes, we will give notice by reasonable means where the law requires.
